Raising funds for the Arts Festivals and Shows is just one of the key categories of creative arts ROCCR supports for crowdfunding. Regardless of size of the event, new, historic or existing, you can apply to get your festival stage, section or new idea supported on our crowdfunding website.
How do you raise funds a festival or show?
We all love great experiences don’t we?! That’s the beauty of crowdfunding with ROCCR. You create rewards that your fans and supporters would like and they’ll pay a range of prices to get different experiences. By choosing to raise money in this way, you can ensure you’ve got a great idea that works and have all the funds for it too so you’re not just reliant on tickets selling when you’ve sold them or a range of experiences well in advance.
What is ‘Creative Arts’, can I fund my event?
What is art?! That’s a question! We’re open to that and are working and talking to a lot of different projects. For festivals and shows, that can include music festivals, county shows, arts and crafts, garden festivals and maybe raising money for an art exhibition to a comedy or food festival. If it is creative then we’re open to talk to you. If you have an idea for your event, show or festival and want to raise money for it, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to talk.
I have some funding and want to match-fund, can I do that?
Totally yes. There are grants out there including from the Arts Council so you may be able to get some external funds but it is likely you’ll need to find a lot yourself. Crowdfunding is a great way to bring a community together to support new, local and upcoming talent and artists and can be a superb way to generate that extra interest in your festival and even as a route to match fund any grant.
